Dessert for breakfast? Anytime ๐๐๐ฑ
Naturally sweetened overnight oats with banana and mango.
I love overnight oats for breakfast, and I always add a little twist to the recipe so I can never get bored of it.
Recipe:
Soak 3/4 cup oats in 1 1/4 cup coconut milk, add 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon, stir it together, then place it in the fridge and let it sok overnight. In the morning, mash 1/2 ripe banana with fork and add it to the oats. This will give natural sweetness to it without using any additional sweetener. Serve it with fresh fruits. I used banana and mango at this time. ๐๐๐ฑ
