Today we bring you the second edition of the vegan mini-contest. To participate, just leave a good comment on this post. You don't need to post anything, just a cool comment at the end. This week's theme is: HOW DO YOU PREFER YOUR BEETS, RAW OR COOKED?
The choice of this topic is due to the fact that beets are delicious, versatile vegetables that can be used in sweet and savory recipes, as well as in drinks. It's a root vegetable that provides flavor, sweetness, and a lot of color; so we want to know how you prefer them, raw or cooked.
