INGREDIENTS

4 whole eggs 6 silver bananas sliced 1/2 cup canola oil 1/2 cup skim milk 1 cup of whole wheat flour 1 cup thick coarse oats 2 cups, not too full, of brown sugar Cinnamon to sprinkle 1 tablespoon baking powder

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Beat all ingredients (except oats) in a blender with just 1 banana. Put in greased form with oil and flour. Add the oats by mixing with a spoon. Add the banana strips over this batter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° for approximately 50 minutes.
