METHOD OF PREPARATION Wrap the potato in aluminum foil.

Bake (180 ° C) for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut top of potato.

Remove the crumb from the potato and transfer to a bowl.

Cut the pepperoni into small cubes, fry and set aside.

Fry the bacon and set aside.

Add the cream, the curd, the grated Parmesan cheese, the parsley, the salt, the black pepper and 150 g grated mozzarella and the fried pepperoni.

Stuff the potato and add another 100 g of grated mozzarella and fried bacon.

Bake (180 ° C) for 20 minutes.
