1 little olive oil 1 chopped onion 4 cloves of minced garlic 1 can of corn 100 g of chopped ham 160 g of olives 1 can of tomato sauce 1 box of sour cream 600 ml of hot water 2 bay leaves 1 packet of screw noodles 100 g of chopped mozzarella cheese salt Black pepper
PREPARATION MODE
In a pressure cooker, heat a little olive oil and sauté the onion and chopped garlic.
Add corn, ham, olives, tomato sauce, sour cream and hot water.
Shake well.
Add bay leaves, macaroni and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Close the pan and let it press for 10 minutes.
Finish with Parmesan cheese and decorate with parsley.
