More than half of the participants improved their scores from the first round. The competition is just getting started, but the biggest thrills are still ahead of us.** ---- ![GOLDEN.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/poliac/EonpLWhpPdLK7mftdjHKjHqnEEJkMdi2mhMZqELjE5wX14eYxY8WXq8oCfUE4FCihfG.png) ---- Analyzing the second round of POLIAC, it's clear that the competition in the Golden League is heating up even more. After the first round, where @browery surprised us by defeating the defending champion, we now see that several players have made up for their losses or solidified their positions at the top. ### Key Highlights from Round 2: - @danmaruschak has taken the lead in the standings, achieving the best score of the round (28085 steps) and defeating @patif2025. With two wins under his belt, he is now the main contender for the league lead. - @browery maintained his winning streak, this time defeating @merthin. His score (26928 steps) was one of the best of the round, allowing him to stay at the very top of the leaderboard. - @bucipuci, the most decorated player, has now suffered a second consecutive defeat, this time to @erikklok. His score of 8821 steps is surprisingly low for a champion. It seems the beginning of the season is proving to be exceptionally difficult for him. - @cezary-io, last season's runner-up, secured his first victory, beating @sk1920 in a very close match (a difference of only 252 steps). This could be the turning point he needs to regain his form. The Golden League debutants also showed their strength. @wahacoce earned his first win, defeating @revlat35, who had won against @manuvert in the previous round. It's worth noting the achievements marked as SPB (Season Personal Best). In addition to @wahacoce, @benbow2017, @itz.inno, @cezary-io, and @sk1920 also achieved their best seasonal scores, showing that the level of competition is increasing with each round. | Round 2 | 2025-09-22 | Results | | - | - | - | | @browery | @merthin | 26928 - 22634 | | @manuvert | @new.things | 17455 - 17412 | | @mushanov | @racibo | 16558 - 17568 | | @benbow2017 | @fredkese | 25776 (SPB) - 14758 (SPB) | | @itz.inno | @ptaku | 16140 (SPB) - 22216 | | @erikklok | @bucipuci | 16034 - 8821 | | @revlat35 | @wahacoce | 22130 - 23550 (SPB) | | @danmaruschak | @patif2025 | 28085 - 17426 | | @cezary-io | @sk1920 | 22285 (SPB) - 22033 (SPB) | Best score in Golden League - @danmaruschak - 100 AFIT Best score among losers - @merthin - 100 AFIT ### Standings After Round 2 The standings after two rounds are fascinating. Five players have a perfect record of wins (6 points each). @danmaruschak leads the pack due to the best step differential. He is followed closely by @browery, @erikklok, @ptaku, @benbow2017 and @racibo. The top of the table is very tight, which promises a thrilling rest of the season. The big question is whether @bucipuci can bounce back from his losses and make up the deficit to fight for the title defense. Other favorites, like @cezary-io, have already shown they can recover, which bodes well for even more exciting matches to come. | # | Player | Points | For | Against | | - | - | - | - | - | | 1 | @danmaruschak | 6 | 59509 | 41159 | | 2 | @browery | 6 | 58788 | 34192 | | 3 | @erikklok | 6 | 46130 | 27873 | | 4 | @ptaku | 6 | 45604 | 22436 | | 5 | @benbow2017 | 6 | 41380 | 27482 | | 6 | @racibo | 6 | 36518 | 28742 | | 7 | @revlat35 | 3 | 47911 | 41799 | | 8 | @new.things | 3 | 42863 | 34730 | | 9 | @patif2025 | 3 | 39800 | 40660 | | 10 | @cezary-io | 3 | 39560 | 47484 | | 11 | @manuvert | 3 | 35704 | 43193 | | 12 | @wahacoce | 3 | 29846 | 45518 | | 13 | @merthin | 0 | 46367 | 58352 | | 14 | @mushanov | 0 | 35610 | 47664 | | 15 | @sk1920 | 0 | 34217 | 41235 | | 16 | @itz.inno | 0 | 28864 | 37820 | | 17 | @fredkese | 0 | 27333 | 48150 | | 18 | @bucipuci | 0 | 20379 | 47894 | ---- #### GOLDEN LEAGUE **[Schedule](https://tournamentscheduler.net/schedule/MTY3MDgwODEwMTE)** #### **[Ranking table](https://tournamentscheduler.net/schedule/MTY3MDgwODEwMTE/results)** for GOLDEN LEAGUE ---- ![SILVER.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/poliac/EoATvVTz4XmrbkFKvF1DJaVbRfbM6gd1dxfnL2F3KCJfmZ63ib9PD9FSQTr342vHgRW.png) ---- The second round of the POLIAC tournament in the Silver League brought further excitement and changes at the top of the standings.
