Acquiring reward.app

Hello everyone.

After the recent news of @reward.app having to shut down, we've decided to acquire it and keep it running due to the service being useful to some projects and users.

The person currently in charge of it has their own funds stored on the account providing liquidity which means we're going to have to cover it before hand-off. Due to this, we're going to continue generating liqudity for a while with @poshtoken posts and comments, although we just now first managed to catch up on hbd for POSH contests hosted by @x-rain. This may take a while, and because to this, after we take over the project, we may increase the fees to help support liquidity generation and afterwards, we may use the fees for further POSH funding such as support of the token and other initiatives we may invest or spend hive on that benefit all of Hive stakeholders.

The reason for POSH acquiring it rather than co-founder @acidyo is because we already have a similar project, @nomnomnomnom that helps liquidate rewards for posts and comments (but only for a select few whitelisted accounts), thus we can easily re-use and modify the code for reward.app without the current owner needing to release their own code to us. This however, means that the less used service of @reward.app will be sunset; the one that allows people to promote posts by forfeiting author rewards onto curators.

reward.app has for a long time been "for-profit" with a small 1% fee on each liquidation, half going to the dev and half to the co-founder, this fee will now be removed as well and instead go fully towards the POSH project for its initiatives.
