Happy Thursday 🎊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and it's now time to slow down and report on how my day went. Of course not forgetting the trending stories that caught my eye 👀. So without much further ado let's take it away 💨. So I began my day with a brisk walk around the neighborhood. Pretty cloudy and windy as I made my way around. It was a little cooler compared to yesterday and boy has it been raining the entire day. Later on after about 30 or so minutes, I was back indoors getting on with the usual house chores. The rain had me running inside Next I looked at some of the trending stories and also watched a bit of you tube and Twitter. In the evening it was still a little cloudy and rainy as I left for my sunset 🌄 walk. I made it back safe and sound and have been watching the news and just relaxing😹. So let's proceed to look at some of the trending stories. In Gaza, the humanitarian situation remains dire, Israel is still blocking most of the aid and UN still calling for more to be done to get much needed aid in. Across the border in Israel, Trump is not leaving anything to chance with the Gaza ceasefire. After VP Vance left Israel. US secretary of state, Marco Rubio landed to ensure that ceasefire sticks, he held talks with Netanyahu and other leaders. In the other war, US and EU have decided to put stronger sanctions on Russian oil sector. Putin in a quick rejoinder said sanctions will not hurt Russia. He says he wants to continue dialogue with Trump on the way forward in Ukraine, total BS as he wants to continue bombing Ukraine. In his wildest dreams he sees Russia taking over the entire Ukraine😹. Still in Europe, the pope and king Charles made history by praying side by side in the Sistine chapel. A first for the leaders of the church of England and Catholic church. King Henry VIII in the 1530's pulled the Monarchy from Rome as he tried to get a divorce from Catherine to marry Anne Boleyn. He went on to marry 4 other women. Naughty boy😹. Across the pond in the US, Trump has pardoned founder of Binance. CZ was prosecuted by the Biden administration in their war on crypto currency. Congratulations to CZ, there's a crypto friendly administration So that was Thursday and I thank you for reading. Let's hook up tomorrow on a high five Friday as we look forward to the weekend.
