Today I want to share my work with you all
On how i made a free gowm for my friend's sister.
It was last weekend when i got a call from my friend that she will be visiting the sister this week. So she wanted me to make a gown for her sister. Her sister is really a lively and a joval person. Thr few months that i had known her was really amazing and when i got the information about the visitation i honestly was ready to sew her a beautiful gown.
The few materials i used were ,ankara fabric, scissors,lining and a measuring tape.
So her sister gave me her measurements since i wasn't so sure of the previous ones i had but when comparing it there were no much difference and the style i had choosen for her was simple.
All i really needed was her length,burst and round sleeves.
I had cut out the dress according to the measurements
Below is the front and the back measurements
And for the down part of the dress,i decided to create gathers on it,so i cut out a rectangular shape from the fabric and i made gathers with it and i joined it to the dress and sew.
