Hello great fashion designers and goodevening to everyone in this community. Today i am glad to be here and i would live to share the dress i made with you all I got this fabric for a customer, she told me to sew some solimple yet unique for her,she had a child dedication to attend and aince it was a girl child i decided to choose a colour that would be bright and beautiful. Honestly i don't really know how this fabric is called But when i saw it i knew that it will be suitable for the style i wanted. So i got four yards from the vendor and i also got the remaining things i needed for the sewing.

Here are the materials i used for sewing

  • Four yards of fabric
  • Scissors
  • Black colour trimming

First steps I carefully spread out the fabric and i folded it into two I took the shoulder measurements, the burst, waist hips and length It was a bubu gown so i just made it free has possible. I also cut out the back side, the back side wasn't really the issue but for the front side i needed to add some designs to it to make it unique.

So i started adding some designs to the fabric by sewing the black colour trimmings on it Thereafter it was time for the sleeves, she wasn't specific with the type of sleeve she wanted but i had togive her a short sleeve because of the style i had choosen for her. She came for her dress and she was grateful for what she saw and i felt good even when she felt.

THANK YOU.
