IMG_6809.jpeg Julley Everyone,

Starting this beautiful day out here today in the outskirts of Himalayas as here we were somewhere so isolated so deep inside the valley, discovering and witnessing the beautiful and most isolated villages in the lahul and Spiti Valley.

As early as 8 AM, when we started, our journey out, had a quick breakfast near a place called Tandi and then we were headed to this adventure from the past few days. I have been so much fascinated about the villages. The places the residential areas in this beautiful valley as it is rarely isolated corner of the world but still the ancient people just made it all the way to this beautiful wonderland where the place is not less than heaven and it is truly another side of the beautiful paradise that I would call the other side of the valley as it is and just write on the other side of this portion is the cold himalayan desert.

IMG_6810.jpeg We were not having any cellular network at the spot. Maybe the place was being too isolated. Also the network that we were getting work nearly at the villages or towns which were at the place so I decided to just wander around and capture these photographs. Took a drive.. Early morning and started out with just wondering around and going with the flow that how the road would take us and we would witness way of the most beautiful corners around the world.

Rather than just knowing about the location. Also I started out capturing these photographs all along the journey so that I could share the moment with you guys through this post I was just wondering by and found this adventure. I thought why not to share it with you guys and you guys could also experience the most beautiful moments from the Himalayas that I have captured and meant a lot to me... As far as I remember, I started the adventure out in late July as that is the time of the year when we could clearly just visit the places as nowadays, the place is being stuck because of the monsoon out there in the Himalayas and the rains unpredictable rains in the Himalayas. So I was lucky enough that my GPS off my mobile phone was working fine so that I got the spot of the location that what is this place about and by that I was able to figure out the location, the latitude and longitude of the place or so.

Little to no Traffic. IMG_6811.jpeg It was really a beautiful day. My friends I could spot the higher himalayan mountain ranges the mountain peaks and few of them unknown. There was very little to no traffic in this beautiful day and we could easily cover the whole distance up in just no time.

IMG_6812.jpeg I was just in search of few of the isolated and remote villages. I was just wondering around so much fascinated about knowing about the geography of the place and the thing that struck my mind. It was that how the ancient travellers would have found settlements at such and high altitude place because altogether we were at an altitude of more than 10,000 feet above the sea level and all together it was quite a lot of altitude. And usually in the winter season, the place is covered with a thick sheet of snow get lost for half the time of the year all around.

Spotted the Stingri Village.

IMG_6813.jpeg After driving for more than 35 minutes or so we finally found few of the houses and then I got to know that it was a village and it was the remote village that I was talking about. There were very few houses. Nearly few of them that we spotted all along the valley there were just this very few houses altogether.

And once when I got the network connection working on my phone, then I got to know that this was the place called Stingri about which I even saw in the helipad that I'm going to share the photograph in the blog.

IMG_6814.jpeg The house is kind of looked something. Just like this. It was so peaceful environment altogether. I was just so amazed to see the natural stairs which acted as a staircase to the house directly from the road it was so peaceful, my friends there was this beautiful tree just right next to the house, then followed by the Tibetan flag that had the Holy Chants written on it.

IMG_6815.jpeg I literally had no information about the place. I was not sure about that what it was. What is this place was until I got to know and all together. I was just been enjoying the environment and now sharing my personal experience with you guys as a first time traveller to such beautiful places all together it was really a beautiful experience visiting this place. So lovely so peaceful and all together I nearly spent quite a lot of time over here. Just wondering around near about 15 minutes or so just parked the car and just decided to wonder around.

IMG_6817.jpeg The house is nearby kind of looked something just like this and I decided not to go close to the house is also as these were few of the private properties and the people also they used to live peacefully rather than they want something more commercialised altogether. So I decided to keep the peace ongoing. And captured these photographs from far away. All the people of the place, the nature was so welcoming that I got to know when I went to the shops or so. So I also decided to maintain a bit of peaceful Ness about the place rather than just going close it to the house or so.

After just driving for a while, I reached at the spot, where there was the short trail going closer to the helipad.

IMG_6819.jpeg

The Stingri Helipad.

IMG_6820.jpeg My adventure kind of look something just like this it was really a beautiful experience and now it was the journey travelling beyond. I'm going to share my adventure beyond the spot in my upcoming blog post. Stay tuned for more astonishing stories from the Himalayas.

IMG_6822.jpeg And now it has been more than an hour or so, and I was about to reach another village that I saw on the GPS map. It was really a whole lot of different experience that altogether I got to experience few of the isolated corners of the Himalayas. I have captured all of his photographs using my Apple iPhone 12 and edited them using iPhone photo editor. Do let me know my friends the photographs or part of my adventure that you like the most in the comment section I would love to hear it from you.
