Julley Everyone,
Starting the day out today in this beautiful day out here spending in the outskirts of Rishikesh here we were somewhere closer to the main town where we were now away from the main town, and we decided to explore the market closer to the place called Ram Jhulla and nearby.
So guys, in this blog post I’m gonna take you guys along with me to this journey where we will be exploring this beautiful portion of the foothills of the Himalayas.
Took a straight drive this weekend. All the way from Delhi to Rishikesh. It took us around 6 to 7 hours because of heavy traffic. Also maybe because of the weekend rush or because of the recent rings that took place in the mountains, but it was a beautiful journey that we spent exploring.
ParthR car somewhere right side of the road and then as far as I remember, it was somewhere around 1 PM in the afternoon when we finally reached at the spot and we started our journey exploring the beautiful Place beyond. It was a quick drive. Just five hours away, and we were on the foothills of Himalayas, my friends, the welcoming of Uttarakhand, the welcoming of ours into Rishikesh was a beautiful corner and sharing the journey with you now.
Starting it off after parking the car we reached at this spot where we could see these green colours, the greens of nature. All around the lush green trees with lush green leaves and even the side of the walls they were having the green colour in it. it was really a peaceful quick walk that went all the way closer to the place Ram Jhulla bridge near Rishikesh.
It took us near about 15 minutes or so, just walking by and finally we were about to reach the market. I was not sure about that what this market was when it was somewhere closer to the place that I mentioned.
Starting the initial shops, the shops to be the Tiny shops that were giving the vibe of street as it felt like that it was a tiny trails by the side, and then the street where there were these sunglasses shop that were selling the sunglasses, different varieties and here is a quick glimpse of the moment.
Then, after walking for a bit, further more, we reached at the spot where we could see the shops by the side of the street by the side of the trail that went all the way to the place, and there were these handcrafted, handmade bangles and few of them, they were even these keychains and key rings depicting the local culture of the place also and few of them even had the engraving of Rishikesh.
There were these countless number of things all around this place. It was really a beautiful corner and the whole street kind of looked something like this. As there were these different elements that were for sale and few of them. The local artists were just warming up the pieces that they were drawing on by the side of the road, namely, they were the naming plates or something else that anyone wants to draw, and the artist would draw it for them on the piece of wood.
The handmade local bangles.
The Ram Jhulla
Finally, we reached at our destination and my friends. It was really a peaceful vibe. It was a bridge built in the ancient times over the Holy river Ganga. That originated all the way from the higher mountains.
I was so amazed to see these few of the monkeys who acted as the guard of the place as they were just standing over these gates and few of the people even believe that there is some ancient saying to the place, the local belief that the people had about these monkeys as being the safeguard of the place and it was really a beautiful moment, my friends, the monkeys they were just sitting still at the place, not even being a threat to the people nearby.
So that’s all for today’s adventure, my friends, I’m gonna share my adventure beyond the spot in my upcoming blog post for the adventure beyond my friends, photograph you like the most in the common section, and I would love to hear it from you.
Thanks for your precious time.🙏 Love from the Himalayas.♥️
