Spending some of the time in the most beautiful and most unrealistic places on earth that I would consider this beautiful Wonderland, my friends, the moment when I was at the place away from hustle and it was quite corner on this beautiful earth, my whole journey, it looked so adventurous as even the words are less to express as it was really a dream come true moment, my friends that I always wanted to visit this beautiful place and so was the time when in these few weeks, I was at this beautiful place Beyond the cold himalayan desert as I was just commuting to this beautiful place and finally starting the moment out with this beautiful corner, the unknown wonderland in the cold himalayan desert.
Starting of the journey as today, I decided when I was in the Ladakh region of Himalayas, the region beyond the Kullu Valley somewhere around 500 km away, where lie this beautiful place that looks unnatural, so unrealistic as the mountains, the whole place it is a cold Harsh desert, and there is this sand all around just like a normal desert, but the twist in the story is that the whole place gets covered under a thick blanket of snow during the winter season and the snow last for months and months And my friends. It is so unnatural as even so unnatural for the eyes to believe that these mountains are covered with the snow as no vegetation at all, a cold desert. A desert just like a normal one far and far away. Wherever I could see, we could see there was the sky above us and the empty road that was built on the desert that nobody knows in every single day, I would say with the change in climatic condition and the sense with the fasting, wind could might end up changing a whole lot of a different mountain in just no Time.
Somewhere around as early as 9 AM this morning, when I had to cover up the journey of more than 200 km from Leh to the corner of Ladakh, where they used to be and there is this beautiful lake called Pangong Lake and it was a whole lot of different experience that I was on my friends as so unnatural to see such mountains and such harsh climatic terrains, but the beauty it was just that the words can’t express as it was something just like that in my car starting the journey with such beautiful unnatural amazing landscapes, the whole moment looked just like this, there were these bumpy roads, and at certain point, there were no roads at all all around the journey. All that I could see these cold desert and from far and far away, no side of vegetation too.
After driving through the roads and this beautiful landscapes, I reached at the spot, not sure that this place was called houses or house are spotted during the whole region and my whole journey. Whole place was so isolated and at such an high altitude place of more than 15,000 feet above the sea level.
There was this double humped camel that is only present at this region in the world that came from the ancient times during the ancient Silk Route and few of them the camels they are still present at this place with their generations coming, but even these animals they are extinct that they are in danger species And they have adopted the harsh climatic conditions of the cold. Himalayan desert was not even aware of this, I saw myself as the moment looked something just like this, and when I went to the residence and I researched about this moment when I got the network on my mobile phone, I had a bit of a study about these beautiful creatures.
The cold Himalayan Desert
Far and far away my friends, there were the sand dunes, the trice which was hard to believe that in the winter season, the whole place used to get hidden under a thick sheet of snow. I was so fascinating to see this beautiful place in the winter season, but unfortunately, it isvery difficult to visit the place in the winter season as there is the blockage on the road because of snow all around, it was really a whole lot of different experience. Previously mentioned it was somewhere around 1 PM in the afternoon when I was at the Himala desert and see no road from far and far away all that we could go and we were making our way, just by the side, there was a little trail. We could cover the distance up.
Even the weather showed up it’s true colours as in just no time I could see the sky. It was getting darker and darker as it looked like that it might rain, but there are very rare chances of this place getting rainfall in this season as the place only experiences, the snowfall which two is just direct and the snow. It is also really very dry. Just the snowflakes that falls upon the ground in this Wonderland.
I decided to capture the photograph and capture the moment with my own eyes and relax here for a while, the moment would be only once in a lifetime moment visiting this place is really a task as it is at very high altitude place as even a person who has born and bought up in the mountains, I also felt a bit difficulty visiting this place, especially because of its high altitude Above the sea level and also it’s dry conditions that really makes life hard at this place. But the beauty of the place it just makes you let forget everything all the difficulties that you’re gonna face as the beauty. It was just beyond my words.
Maybe the road it was hidden by the sand that was blown up by the climatic winds, but still so lucky enough to see this moment, my friends and the sky. It showed a few of its white clouds that were just a perfect blunt of nature. I would say.
It has been more than five hours. We were on our continuous journey, not even getting the correct GPS location also because my phone had no network as there was a problem of network at this high altitude place so all that I see was just to see the landscapes and enjoy the whole journey. At this point, I saw few of the green plants and I was just so amazed to see them as from the past four hours. I saw not even a single plant and now I could see a bit of essence of the greenery of nature.
Another thing that I noticed when I was at the place I saw that the road it was built, totally from a whole lot of different material as the normal roads. These roads look different as they were built like the Pebbles or the stone so that they could withstand the harsh climatic conditions as I have captured the photograph of the road, and you guys can also see the moment that I felt like and decided to share it with you guys through this post, I tried capturing as many photographs as I could so that I could share the journey with you guys, even you guys could also get to see such hidden place in the Himalayas. That too, with the first hand experience that you guys Could get to see as a perspective of a person who even has visited the place for the first time, and I am sharing my personal experience with you guys through this post.
And I was getting a feeling that we were about to reach our destination as there was this beautiful lake called Pongong Lake, which was a destination for today and closer to the water is the vegetation and from far away, I would say even far away. We were at the moment nearly about one hour. I see there were few of the bushes of greens that were growing up and showing up the true moments and elements of the nature.
Finally, just right after the evening time. Just write after the sunset as sunset usually is early in the mountains somewhere around 3 PM in the afternoon where the sun just sets and then is the light place the sun behind these beautiful mountains, rightly followed just right behind these clouds and the mountains followed by the beautiful Pangong Lake.
Finally, I made it out my friends to the most dreamy place that I have dreamt of, and it was really a moment of happiness that express that what sort of happiness I got when I visited and reached this destination as what I have thought of this place was just more than hundred times better than this place. I made my journey through the unknown roads, Wonderlands and the places unknown, and finally reached at this place Somewhere on the banks of Pangong Lake, which was not also the exact location of the Pongong lake. I would say as the lake. It was quite lot of distance, but from this place, we could clearly see the beautiful Pangan Lake.
Then followed by, I decide to search for an accommodation and all that I could see were these tiny little houses which were the tiny cottages, so I finally faced at the destination where I could stay, and I could get the food and finally that marks the end of the journey for the day as I was really very tired. Also, my friends, but the views were just amazing and all tiredness. This is away by such beautiful views of the nature. It was just a perfect blend of whole lot of a different side of nature That I saw when I was at the place, and that was something that I felt when I was at this beautiful place.
And then I relaxed for a while, and then decided to go for a short walk. Just closer to the lake. I would say as I was getting closer to the lake. It felt like more far far away the lake from the lake. It seems like that it was just right next to me, but it was very at quite a lot of a distance, but altogether my whole journey look something like this.
