Materials Used.
Drumstick (murunga)250g. 2 Tablespoon of Coconut oil. Two thinly sliced green chilies. A few thinly sliced onions. About 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced. A sliced tomato.
Salt as needed. 2 Cup of Coconut milk. 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder. 1 Teaspoon of curry powder. 1Teaspoon of chilli powder.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let us get ready to prepare this dish. First, take a few drumsticks, peel off the outer skin, cut them into small pieces, and wash them thoroughly to clean. As shown below.
Next, take a pan and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Place it on the stove, and once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, garlic, and the drumstick pieces. Mix well and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Now add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, chili powder, and curry powder. Mix everything well to combine.
Now add the coconut milk and a little turmeric powder. Mix well and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then remove from the stove.
