Materials Used.
Bean 200g. Salt as needed. Curry leaves. Coconut oil 250ml. Two pieces of cinnamon bark. Two chopped green chilies. A finely chopped onion. 1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder. 1/2 Teaspoon of Fenugreek seed.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let’s get ready to prepare this dish. First, wash the beans thoroughly, clean them well, and then cut them lengthwise into thin strips.
Next, take a cooking pan and place it on the stove. Add onions, green chilies, curry leaves, cinnamon, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, and coconut milk. Let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Next, add the chopped beans to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Then remove from the stove.
