Materials Used.
Pumpkin 250g. A few thinly sliced onions. Two thinly sliced green chilies. A few thinly sliced curry leaves. About 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced. A piece of pandan leaf.
Coconut oil required for frying. Salt as needed. 1 Teaspoon of sugar. 2 Teaspoon of Crushed chili powder.
The cooking process as follows.

Now, add salt, crushed chili powder, and sugar to the pan, and mix everything well.
Now, add the fried pumpkin pieces to the pan, mix them well, and after about a minute, remove the pan from the heat.
