Materials Used.
4 Raw mangoes. 1 Teaspoon of chili powder. 4 Tablespoon of sugar. 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil. Salt to taste. Some water. 1 Teaspoon of pepper powder. 2 teaspoon of Roasted curry powder. 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder. A finely chopped onion. A little chopped garlic. 2 chopped green chilies. curry leaves. The cooking process as follows.
Now let’s prepare this dish. First, peel the mangoes and cut them into long slices. Then wash them thoroughly and set them aside.
Next, take a clay pot and place it on the stove. Add one tablespoon of coconut oil. Then add sugar, chopped garlic, and chili powder, and mix well.
Next, add water, turmeric powder, roasted curry powder, pepper powder, and salt, then mix well. After that, add the chopped onions, fresh green chilies, curry leaves, and pandan leaf, and mix everything together.
Next, add the mango pieces and cook until the water from the mango begins to release.
