Hello and welcome back to my blog!
This Week's Contest theme by the Gaming Photography Community is [Wallpaper Worth Pictures](https://peakd.com/hive-185676/@gamingphoto/gaming-photography-weekly-contest-theme-6ab130c2d4489), and I have a lot to share on this topic. I use my gaming pictures as wallpapers. Currently, I have a slideshow of Hollow Knight pictures that changes every few minutes. I will do this for other games too.
I have many pictures to share today, from three different games. Each is worthy of being a wallpaper, in my opinion. Let's start with Hollow Knight.

---
I am so excited for Silksong and will do another playthrough of Hollow Knight before it drops in less than 10 days from now. Love the hand-drawn artwork in this game. All the different layers of pictures in the background give it a sense of depth and make the whole game feel alive.

---
Every area has its own character, purpose and style associated with it. Most of the game has a dark atmosphere, depicting a tragic event that happened to this bug kingdom a long time ago.

---

---
I have shared a lot more in old posts in this very community on this game.
Let's move on to the next game. One of the best graphics I found in a game was Horizon: Zero Dawn.

---
What an incredible landscape this game offers. And the superb lighting is the cherry on top.
The protagonist in this game is a perfect model for my shots. It comes with many poses and costumes, making each shot look fresh.

---

---
It has an amazing photo mode, so you can take the perfect picture from the angle that you love. I wish I could run this game on the max visual settings. But I would still use these as my wallpaper for even a 2k monitor that I have.

---

---
Since I am talking about landscapes, how can I forget the game with the best landscapes, TheHunter: Call of the Wild?
I have a lot of shots to share from this game. I used many pictures as wallpapers on my pc as well.

---

---
I love to play with light and shadows. I have a bias towards sunrises and sunsets.
How about a picture taken from a dock with the view of a large river and some mountains in the background?

---
Or the shots of crimson plains from the Alaskan reserve?

---
Maybe you like snow as much as I do. I have a folder full of shots from snowy biomes. I put them as my wallpaper depending on the mood. And I keep adding more shots to it. Let me show you a few.

Not bad...right?
How about going back to some water bodies? The Layton Lake district has a lot of beautiful lakes. One of them has an old railway bridge next to it.

---
Back to the Crimson Valley as well for a view of a snow-clad mountain with a big lake in the foreground.

---
Let me know if you like those shots and which one is your favourite among them. I know there are a lot of them to choose from. Or maybe just tell me which game would be the most wallpaper-worthy?
Thanks for reading.
Until next shot...
