Playing Blackjack and Staking COLONY Tokens in StakeHouse Den

Last time, I tested all the games in StakeHouse Den’s virtual casino and got lucky with two good packs I opened. Today, I wanted to increase my Colony Staking Factor, and for that, I had recently purchased about 6000 COLONY tokens from the market. The first thing I did was transfer all of them to the in-game wallet and then stake them. You can do the same using: https://arcadecolony.com/token/colony/stake  --- The more COLONY tokens you stake, the better the rewards become because of the Staking Factor, which affects how much you can earn. My Staking Factor increased from 1 to 1.21… I plan to increase it further to at least 1.50. I checked my refrigerator and saw 88.2 HotSauce collected over the past few days. I claimed them and decided to test my luck.  --- --- ##### Let's Play Blackjack I went with Blackjack since it’s my favorite game among the three on the platform. But I didn’t want to gamble all my HotSauce in just one round, so I devised a strategy to play at least four rounds, betting 20 HotSauce each.  --- The *first round** wasn’t bad. I got an Ace with a Four. But when I hit, I got a King, making it 15, which is a pretty bad total. Another face card would mean a bust, and that’s exactly what happened. Lost the first round. The **second round** was even worse. I got a 16, the exact number I hate getting. It’s the one that always makes me uncertain whether to hit or stay. I hit... and got busted again.  --- The **third round** was either the luckiest or the unluckiest — I’ll let you decide. Both of us hit 21 on the third card. Damn, this game really didn’t want me to win.  --- **Next round**, I got a total of 11 on the first two cards. I hit and got 18 — which is the spot I usually prefer to stay on. Most of the time, you win here. That’s exactly what happened — the dealer busted!  --- I won 0.033 in this round — my biggest single-round win so far. I was left with only 8 HotSauce for the last round, so I just bet that. The cards gave me a total of 20 — almost perfect for this game — and I won that round as well. A relief, honestly, because today wasn’t a lucky day.  --- Here’s **my total winnings** for today. I’ll be slowly increasing my Colony Staking Factor over the coming days and will try to stake more cards so I can generate more HotSauce per day.  --- There’s still a lot of room for improvement. My total win today was only 0.044 COLONY because I won just one of the 20-HotSauce rounds and lost three. Luck played a huge part. I’ll also be purchasing and staking more SCRIPT tokens if I want to stake more cards. Each new card stake requires two additional SCRIPT tokens — otherwise, they won’t generate HotSauce. Overall, my luck wasn't great today, but I still had some fun while playing Blackjack and testing the 20 COLONY token per round strategy. I will be testing more later. There is risk involved, but with risk comes reward, too. I need to stay patient and not lose hope, so I came back and got more wins. The last time I was insanely lucky with my pack openings today, with games, not much so. That's the thrill of the game...right?
