Have you ever tried to make puffed rice Pulav....Yes, Puffed rice Pulav. Puffed rice are not only for making Bhelpuri and Jhaal moori, As these two snacks are very popular. Puffed rice pulav is also very delicious snack which are mostly eaten in India and neighboring countries. Rhe recipes which I am sharing with you all is very easy and hardly it will take 20 mins.
So lets see how to make and what to use in the Ingredients to make this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Puffed rice-2 cup Carrot-½cup Beans-¼cup Capsicum-¼cup Greenchili-2 Coriander-2 tbspn Peanuts-handful Oil-1 tbspn Lemon-½ Turmeric powder-½tspn Redchili powder-½tspn Salt-according to the taste.
METHOD
Take all the spices out.
Now chop all the veggies. If you want to add green peas, cauliflower or potato you can.
Now chop green chillies.
Take a full big bowl of Puffed rice.
Heat oil in kadhai and add cumin seeds.
Add green chillies.
Further add peanuts
Now add all the veggies.
Sprinkle some turmeric powder
Add Redchili powder and salt
Give a nice mix qnd let ot cook for 10 to 15 mins till all the veggies are cooked well.
Now wash the puffed rice to soften them and strain the water. You can sqeeze the puffed rice to take out the excess water. They should be moist in
Add the puffedrice. Sqeeze lemon.
And give a nice mix. After 2 to 3 mins off the gas flame.
At last add green coriander leaves.
Transfer it in a bowl and serve hot.
