Helloo.... hope all are healthy wealthy and happy....
In morning I went to the market and saw some fresh corns and Spinach there. So thought to make Corn Spinach sandwiches today. MY daughter loves sweet corns but spinach not at all... so Its better to make sandwich for her.
Here is Today's breakfast or you can make these Spinach Corn Sandwiches in dinner too.
Cheese CornSpinach Sandwiches are tasty and healthy.
Lets see how to make these sandwiches....
Ingredients
Butter- 2tbsp Spinach-½cup Corn-½cup Salt-according to the taste Pepper-½tspn Chilli flakes-¼tspn Mix herbs-⅓tspn Ginger-⅓tspn Capsicum-⅓cup Milk-⅓cup Processed cheese-100gm All purpose flour-1 tbspn
METHOD
Chop the capsicum, grate ginger and greenchiles.
Then boil sweet corn.
In a pan heat Butter
Then add green chilies and grated ginger.
Then add capsicum
Further add boiled corn. Stir it for 5 mins.
Then add chopped and washed spincah....add salt and pepper.
Mix well combining all and cook for 10 mins.
Take this mixture out in a plate .
Then in the same pan add butter.
Add all purpose flour and cook for 2 mins. Then add milk and stir it continuously
Further add cheese and mix it Then add corn and spincah mixture,b Pepper, chili flakes and mix herbs and stir it.
Off the gas and keep aside.
Now take bread slices , Heat skillet.
Put the bread slice and roast it.. apply some ghee or butter.
Then spread Green chutney or Mayo any of your wish . Spread cheese corn spinach Add more grated cheese if you want.
Cover the sandwich and butter it on the top Cook the sandwich till it is crispy from bith the side Press with the spatula . Removes it when the cheese melts and slice the corn before serving it.
Serve it and Enjoy the cheesy cramy delicious corn spinach Sandwich
