Today I am sharing a Popular and delicious dish with you all. That is ChurChur Naan. Its flaky, crispy flatbread topped with butter... its North Indian dish wich goes well with green chutney /Tomato chutney or you can eat these naans just as they are... It is a stuffed potato Naañ. Its so delicious that you will not stop at one...

Ingredients
Oil-2 tbspn Mashed potatoes-1cup Cumin -½tnspn Green chilies-2 Curry leaves-3 to 6 nos Garam masala-½tbspn Salt- to the taste Dry mango powder-1 tspn
For dough
Plain flour-1 cup Nigella seeds-½,tspn Sugar- a pinch Salt- according to the taste Baking soda-1tbs0n Curd-3 tbspn Butter or ghee- ½ cup Warm water- for kneading
Method 💥In a platter take all purpose flour.

💥Then add butter/ghee , salt, nigella seeds, baking soda, sugar.



💥Mix all well and knead a soft dough.

💥Then boil potatoes.

💥Mash the potatoes.

💥Heat oil in a pan.

💥Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies ,turmeric powder and asofeadita...



💥Then add mashed potatoes and mix it well.


💥Further take the dough and divide it in equal parts. Take small part if the dough and dust it with flour


💥Then roll it.

💥Place the potato mixture

💥And close the edges from the side.

💥Heat a skillet.

💥Now place the stuffed ChurChurnaan on tawa.

💥Flip and cook from both the side. It will have golden spots when it is cooked.

💥You can see how nice color appears. It will be crispy and then place on a plate.

💥Now you can apply Butter.

💥One more method I am sharing.
Put water on one side of naan. Then place the naan over tawa, once the naan start bubbling , turn the tawa over flames keeping about 1 or 2 inch away from the flames to cook the naan from top.

💥Here we have to use Iron tawa because naan will stick to tawa and will not fall. We cannot use Non stick tawa here.
💥In low medium flame cook it properly by holding tawa.



💥See how nicely it puffed up.

💥Now spread butter and serve hot with Green chutney or garlic chutney..
