[Eng-Esp] Autenticidad: Rasgo que trasciende Generaciones//Authenticity: A Trait that Transcends Generations

 La autenticidad es un parámetro que incluso a veces hayamos imposible. Imposible en sí dada la globalización y la tendencia que tenemos como sociedad de asumir cualquier actitud u objeto que esté trending en el día a día. Hoy vengo especialmente a compartirles mi perspectiva y visión acerca de la originalidad y sus consecuencias en la contemporaneidad. Saludos, amigos de @holos-lotus, a raíz de mi lectura de esta iniciativa impulsada por @emiliorios, titulada: "Auténticos, Originales, Irrepetibles... ¿Podemos serlo?-La importancia de sabernos Únicos", comprendí la necesidad inminente, que va más allá de algo generacional, por comprender nuestro origen y desarrollar nuestro pensamiento en base a lo que somos. Ese gran misterio impulsado por el "yo", ese misterio que reside en la esencia del autodescubrimiento y control de lo que somos.  Recuerdo que de pequeña en la escuela nos decían que cada persona es un mundo, cada quién con sus feas virtudes y sus bellos defectos. Toda una contradicción, ¿no creen? En la actualidad, no es algo absoluto, existen personas que valoran y aprecian aún más la imagen y seguir lo novedoso antes del carisma y la autenticidad. Muchas veces nos preguntamos en qué momento llegamos a un punto donde lo viral es lo "adecuado" mientras que lo que contiene sentimientos es anticuado y carece de valor. De la raíz de esta pregunta surgen muchas más, y la verdad es que la búsqueda interior ha sido aplacada muchas veces por esa búsqueda exterior. Muchas veces, tenemos que remontarnos a nuestros sentimientos y vivencias para superar traumas o experiencias difíciles, lo mismo ocurre cuando no te sientes verdadero. Esa sensación de vivir una falsa recae en la falta de trabajo en cuanto al conocerte, mientras que la mayoría busca afuera e incluso cambia de dinámica o trabajo para encontrar su verdadero propósito, la gran mayoría de las veces, albergamos en nuestro ser las propias soluciones a este tipo de crisis. ---    --- A veces, conocerse a uno mismo da miedo porque nos cuesta aceptar nuestros defectos. Sin embargo, nadie es perfecto, mucho menos nosotros. Si somos capaces de aceptar los defectos de los demás, ¿por qué no aceptar los nuestros? Al comprender que no todos los procesos son redondos y que incluso la Tierra no es perfectamente esférica y tiene relieves, comprenderemos que el aceptar nuestra naturaleza no significa estar de acuerdo con ella. En sí, representa un inicio en caso de mejora o de autocomprensión en cuanto a lo que se tolera o no, basado en los diferentes tipos de carácteres y personalidades. Conocerse reside en el ser sin miedo a ser auténtico y en el trazar los límites que preestablecemos en función de posibilitar un mejor autocontrol y salud mental. Es un camino que uno debe transitar solo aunque a veces esta decisión de tomarlo se ve impulsado por las personas que nos rodean. Aprovechemos la vida, conozcamos lugares, gente y también démonos el honor de conocernos a nosotros mismos, asumamos esto como un acto de amor hacia nosotros y un símbolo de paz hacia la humanidad.

 Authenticity is a parameter that sometimes we even find impossible. Impossible in itself given globalization and the tendency we have as a society to assume any attitude or object that is trending in the day to day. Today I come especially to share with you my perspective and vision about originality and its consequences in contemporaneity. Greetings, friends of @holos-lotus, following my reading of this initiative promoted by @emiliorios, entitled: "Authentic, Original, Unrepeatable... Can we be? The importance of knowing we are Unique", I understood the imminent need, which goes beyond something generational, to understand our origin and develop our thinking based on what we are. That great mystery driven by the “I”, that mystery that resides in the essence of self-discovery and control of what we are.  I remember when I was a little girl in school we were told that each person is a world, each one with their ugly virtues and their beautiful defects. Quite a contradiction, don't you think? Nowadays, it is not something absolute, there are people who value and appreciate even more the image and follow the novelty before the charisma and authenticity. We often wonder at what point we reach a point where viral is the "right" thing to do while what contains feelings is outdated and worthless. From the root of this question many more arise, and the truth is that the inner search has often been placated by that outer search. Many times, we have to go back to our feelings and experiences to overcome traumas or difficult experiences, the same happens when you do not feel true. That feeling of living a false life lies in the lack of work in terms of knowing yourself, while most people look outside and even change dynamics or work to find their true purpose, the vast majority of the time, we harbor in our own being the solutions to this type of crisis. ---    --- Sometimes, knowing oneself is scary because we find it hard to accept our flaws. However, no one is perfect, much less us. If we are able to accept the defects of others, why not accept our own? By understanding that not all processes are round and that even the Earth is not perfectly spherical and has reliefs, we will understand that accepting our nature does not mean agreeing with it. In itself, it represents a beginning in case of improvement or self-understanding as to what is tolerated or not, based on the different types of characters and personalities. To know oneself resides in being without fear of being authentic and in drawing the limits that we pre-establish in order to enable a better self-control and mental health. It is a path that one must walk alone, although sometimes this decision to take it is driven by the people around us. Let's take advantage of life, let's get to know places, people and also give ourselves the honor of knowing ourselves, let's assume this as an act of love towards us and a symbol of peace towards humanity.
