 Hola a todos los amigos de esta hermosa comunidad. Espero que estén teniendo un hermoso fin de semana y les auguro un muy productivo inicio de semana. Con esta publicación me he propuesto compartir con ustedes un momento muy bonito que tuve en estos días. Hacer cambios o transformaciones en nuestro día a día es un acto de valentía. No todo cambio requiere una gran demanda, todo está basado en la dimensión de lo que se quiera cambiar. Hoy me levanté y al peinarme me fijé en varios productos que mi madre había comprado para la definición de rizos y nutrición del cabello. Mi cabello siempre ha tenido ondas pero siempre he disfrutado llevarlo lacio dada la facilidad en cuanto a peinado y mantenimiento. Pero hoy, me decidí a probar un estilo diferente después de varios años manteniendo el mismo estilo. Sé que me faltan muchos productos por adquirir y la técnica es esencial para su eficacia, mas aún así me animé a ver este cambio. Comencé con el lavado normal del cabello y apliqué mascarilla por 15 minutos, acto seguido enjuagué y dividí el pelo por secciones.   Al tenerlo ya dividido, apliqué la crema Skala y con el cepillo fui seccionando los rizos. A pesar de utilizar cepillo, perfeccionaba los rizos que veía que quedaban incompletos. Y poco a poco, hice scrunching hasta terminar con todo lo que quedaba pendiente. Al terminar terminé con un recogido del propio cabello en un pañuelo de satén. Esperé alrededor de 20 minutos y sellé con el secador. Al terminar, estuve muy contenta porque a pesar de ser la primera vez que hago este proceso superó mis expectativas. Me gustó mucho el cambio y ahora lo que me queda es seguir aprendiendo y mantener la forma natural de mi cabello en aras de recuperar su salud. Todos en casa estuvieron muy contentos con el cambio y mi madre también se sumó a dejarse sus ondas naturales. Making changes or transformations in our day to day life is an act of courage. Not every change requires a great demand, everything is based on the dimension of what you want to change. Today I woke up and while combing my hair I noticed several products my mother had bought for curl definition and hair nourishment. My hair has always had waves but I have always enjoyed wearing it straight because of the ease of styling and maintenance. But today, I decided to try a different style after several years of keeping the same style. I know I have a lot of products to acquire and technique is essential to its effectiveness, but I was still encouraged to see this change. I started with a normal hair wash and applied a mask for 15 minutes, then rinsed and sectioned my hair.   Once it was divided, I applied the Skala cream and with the brush I sectioned the curls. In spite of using a brush, I perfected the curls that I saw were incomplete. And little by little, I did scrunching until I finished with everything that was pending. At the end, I finished with my own hair in a satin scarf. I waited about 20 minutes and sealed with the blow dryer. When I finished, I was very happy because even though it was my first time doing this process it exceeded my expectations. I really liked the change and now all I have to do is keep learning and maintain the natural shape of my hair in order to recover its health. Everyone at home was very happy with the change and my mother also decided to leave her natural waves.
