[Eng-Esp] Viviendo el Presente🌻//Living in the Present🌻

 Saludos a todos los amigos de esta comunidad @lifestyle y a todos los que me leen. Hoy vengo a compartirles un poco lo que fue mi día, hace tiempo no compartía con ustedes un blog y creí necesario retomar esta idea. Muchas veces aprendemos más de las personas al ver sus acciones y como se expresan, es por eso que los blogs son una puerta de reflexión y un testimonio de constancia. Comencé el día como se debe, un buen café y el desayuno.  Me levanté a las 9:00am dado que tenía que organizar la casa antes de salir para el gym. A eso de las 10:00am comencé a prepararme para salir a las 10:45am. Era día de piernas y a pesar de que muchos lo odien en cierta manera, a mí me encanta. Hoy aumenté los pesos en todos los ejercicios y al pesarme había subido dos kilogramos, una buena noticia dado que estoy en volumen. La parte más retadora de llevar este estilo de vida es la alimentación, siempre trato de cuidarme y comer lo mejor posible, pero siempre queda ese antojo de chocolate por cubrir. Al llegar a casa, preparé el almuerzo para mi hermano y para mí, él siempre viene al mediodía y como mis padres trabajan me toca asumir las responsabilidades durante casi todo el día.     Por la tarde estuve trabajando en la tesina que estoy escribiendo y revisando correos hasta aproximadamente las 3:00 pm, ahí me levanté y planté la cafetera de nuevo porque cubano que se respete toma café al menos 2 veces al día. En la tarde estuve compartiendo con mi papá y luego me puse a repasar varios apuntes para la próxima clase que me tocaba impartir. Esta semana pude adelantar todo, incluso los propios contratos en la universidad. Fue una semana muy productiva y me encantó trabajar con el nuevo grupo de 3ro. Ya más tarde, pasadas las 5:00pm salí con mi madre para comprar varias cosas y a pesar de salir un poco tarde, llegamos temprano a casa. Al final del día estuve trabajando en varias publicaciones para la plataforma y organizando las cosas para el siguiente día.

Greetings to all my friends in this @lifestyle community and to everyone who reads my blog. Today I want to share a little bit about my day with you. It's been a while since I last posted a blog, and I thought it was time to get back to it. We often learn more about people by observing their actions and how they express themselves, which is why blogs are a gateway to reflection and a testament to consistency. I started the day as I should, with a good coffee and breakfast.  I got up at 9:00 a.m. since I had to organize the house before leaving for the gym. At around 10:00 a.m., I started getting ready to leave at 10:45 a.m. It was leg day, and even though many people hate it in a way, I love it. Today I increased the weights in all the exercises, and when I weighed myself, I had gained two kilograms, which is good news since I'm bulking up. The most challenging part of this lifestyle is the diet. I always try to take care of myself and eat as well as possible, but I always have that chocolate craving to satisfy. When I got home, I made lunch for my brother and me. He always comes home at noon, and since my parents work, I have to take on the responsibilities for most of the day.     In the afternoon, I worked on the thesis I'm writing and checked my emails until about 3:00 p.m., when I got up and put the coffee maker on again because any self-respecting Cuban drinks coffee at least twice a day. In the afternoon, I spent some time with my dad and then started reviewing some notes for the next class I had to teach. This week I was able to get everything done ahead of time, even the contracts at the university. It was a very productive week and I loved working with the new third-year group. Later, after 5:00 p.m., I went out with my mother to buy a few things and, despite leaving a little late, we got home early. At the end of the day, I worked on several posts for the platform and organized things for the next day.
