 Saludos a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad. Hoy vengo a seguir desarrollando la iniciativa sobre **principios y su propia formación en la vida del hombre**. Sin duda alguna, los principios son un elemento clave que es altamente valorado entre las relaciones humanas e incluso en proyectos de empleo. Esto se debe a la firmeza y transparencia de todo lo que los acompaña, y si de principios se trata, uno de los pilares más reconocidos en cuanto a esto es la lealtad hacia los mismos. Esa misma lealtad que permite mantenerse firme y con argumentos válidos ser capaz de defender la causa. El origen de la creación o formación de estos principios suele estar relacionados a varias esferas: *esfera familiar, esfera del desarrollo individual del individuo y esfera social*. La familia al ser el núcleo rector de la sociedad juega un papel primordial en las primeras impresiones respecto al mundo que nos rodea. Lo mismo que pasa con los modales a la hora de dirigirse a otros, pasa con los principios inculcados desde la niñez, haciendo de este el primer contacto para la formación apropiada de principios en el hombre.  Desde mi niñez, las primeras experiencias que tuve acerca de estos estuvieron marcadas por el proceso continuo y paciente de mis padres y abuelos, los cuales con toda la paciencia y perseverancia del mundo me orientaron desde edades tempranas. Los principios se transmiten pero estos también nacen desde nuestra perspectiva, haciendo que los mismos hablen a veces más de nosotros y de nuestros valores. Todo lo regido por la honestidad, empatía y honradez merece espacio en nuestras vidas, acompañado de la propia solidaridad que llegamos a sentir por causas justas. Muchas veces esto viene entrelazado de tu propia naturaleza y pureza en cuanto al sentir.  Si bien es cierto que las personas pueden cambiar sus patrones de comportamiento después de situaciones difíciles que les hayan dejado enseñanzas, es un reto el modificar estos principios y a veces pueden crear problemas en definir nuestra propia identidad. Los cuestionamientos suelen ser varios cuando estás en proceso de cambiar, tanto tu mentalidad como la percepción del mundo. No es un proceso rápido y tampoco es algo relacionado con la tranquilidad, es una jornada llena de altas y bajas pero que al final trae sus recompensas: hacernos sentir más humanos y en paz con nosotros mismos y los demás. El cambio es necesario pero el tiempo dedicado a su asimilación lo es también, la constancia es la clave mientras que la intensidad pasa a un segundo plano. Dejando estos un patrón invisible pero aplastante en cuanto a nuestra naturaleza y educación. Sin duda alguna los principios son aspectos arraigados a nuestro ser que merecen toda la atención. El tenerlos bien definidos y ubicados es equivalente a un trabajo de autodescubrimiento que vale la pena ejercer para cosechar esa paz que nos transmite el conocernos y entregar lo que entreguemos de corazón. Luchemos por el autodescubrimiento y por mantener los rasgos y principios heredados de nuestros padres, mantengamos todo lo que merece ser mantenido en nuestras vidas y dejemos estar las cosas que no aportan y acaban sobrando. Since my childhood, the first experiences I had about them were marked by the continuous and patient process of my parents and grandparents, who with all the patience and perseverance in the world guided me from an early age. Principles are transmitted but they are also born from our perspective, making them sometimes speak more about us and our values. Everything governed by honesty, empathy and honesty deserves space in our lives, accompanied by the very solidarity we come to feel for just causes. Often this comes intertwined with your own nature and purity of feeling.  While it is true that people can change their patterns of behavior after difficult situations that have taught them lessons, it is a challenge to modify these principles and can sometimes create problems in defining our own identity. The questions are usually several when you are in the process of changing both your mentality and your perception of the world. It is not a quick process and it is not something related to tranquility, it is a journey full of ups and downs but in the end it brings its rewards: making us feel more human and at peace with ourselves and others. Change is necessary but the time dedicated to its assimilation is also necessary, constancy is the key while intensity takes a back seat. Leaving these an invisible but overwhelming pattern as to our nature and upbringing. Undoubtedly the principles are aspects rooted in our being that deserve our full attention. Having them well defined and located is equivalent to a work of self-discovery that is worth exercising to reap that peace that transmits us to know ourselves and deliver what we deliver from the heart. Let's fight for self-discovery and for keeping the traits and principles inherited from our parents, let's keep everything that deserves to be kept in our lives and let the things that do not contribute and end up being superfluous.
