The Celebrity Drama!!!

This life is filled with many different opinions from people that sometimes all you’d do is to laugh and move on, especially when you come across some set of humans who’d be making big deal out of an issue or something that ordinarily shouldn’t be paid attention to, but because of who they are, they are willing to go the extra mile to gather information and then start to pride in it like it’s some sorts of awards. But truthfully, it’s all part of gossip about the irrelevant when there are important things to discuss.  For me, it’s **celebrity drama.** I don’t see why anyone should give so much attention to who’s dating whom or who wore what. Seriously, it adds nothing to life or to me because everyone chooses their path. People should learn to live their lives and not poke into others' affairs, especially intruding into their private lives, thereby focusing too much on what the celebrities wear or who they marry. It’s their lives, and we all have our choices to make and things to do. At the end of the day, no one else will live your life for you, so why waste precious time trying to live through someone else’s reality? I do hate such things, especially since I don’t even follow up with them, since all I do is mind my business, do what is right, and make the most of my time rather than scrolling through social media, poking into other people’s business, and making a big deal out of it. To me, life is already full of responsibilities and opportunities; there is no sense in letting yourself be distracted when you should be adding value to yourself.  Some people can be so funny that all their lives, they follow these celebrities, like they know their names, where they do their makeup, what they eat, who their exes were, and ignorantly praise them while their own lives are not making any real impact. Instead of focusing on building their lives, they choose to spend/waste data and days stalking these celebrities who are already living their own lives. It almost feels like they forget that celebrities are human too — flawed, imperfect, and often battling issues hidden from the public. Of course, they won’t share every detail about them with you. This is why social media is a place I don’t want to be. I don’t care about these celebrities except for the godly ones whose inspiring content I listen to and who add to my spiritual life. In fact, it doesn’t make me follow them for the purpose of wanting to keep checking what they wear, who they mingle with, or what they do with their lives. Whichever of their content I like, I listen and off I go. I have some people where you’d think they spend literally all their day checking these people out, and you’d wonder how they could know the ins and outs of these celebrities without mincing words or even missing out any detail. They’d carry it on their heads as if their lives depended on it to sail them through life and help them climb the ladder of success. But the truth is, it never works that way. Copying their lifestyles is not the same as creating a meaningful one. Meanwhile, many of them are deliberately copying their ways and lifestyles, even in setting standards for their lives and issues. Many of them become dejected in the end when all they know is following the ways of celebrities, all in the name of favourites and fans. It’s a sad thing when I see those who are involved in it, and I pray they wake up from such a life because fulfilment comes from living authentically, not from idolising others. --- _{*Images Credit to Chatgpt*}
