Buenos dias a todos, la verdad que es bueno degustar un buen desayuno con la diferencia de otro, por eso es un super desayuno, porque el mismo para beber es un sabroso mate cocido con leche, el cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, prendemos el carbon una ves que se hace brasa, la agregamos en un recipiente de metal, luego sobre las mismas agregamos la yerba y azucar, cuando todo se quema un poco le agregamos leche, luego lo pasamos por una colador, le agregamos azucar a gusto y de esa manera comensamos el dia.
Tambien con paqueque pero con una diferencia que el mismo lo huntamos con crema de mani y tambien con alguna frutas como la naranja y banana, todos estos ingredientes cumplen una funcion primordial en nuestro organismo y ademas es muy rico.
