Buenos dias a todos, como amante del pollo y enamorado del mismo, por lo que es su sabor y lo facil de prepararlo, en esta ocacion hervido en la cacerola, con cebolla con ingredientes y especias varios, tomate cortado en trozos pequeños al que le agregue aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, luego se lo mescla bien y esta listo para acompañar al pollo, el cual se trata de pata , tambien con huevo duro, hervido, la verdad muy rico.
Para acompañar todo esto tambien agregue papas cortadas en julianas a las que les di una pequeña fritura, agregandole sal a gusto, luego aderesos como mayonesa y ketchup.
