Greetings from my end, sketchbook community. This evening I decided to play with my pencil that brought about a beautiful sketch of an apple and I decided to share it here with you all. In this drawing, I chose to capture an apple not just as a fruit, but as a study of balance between light and shadow. Every stroke of shading was meant to reveal its quiet presence, round yet grounded, soft yet firm. The single leaf, delicate on its stem, gives it a sense of life - reminding us that even the simplest forms holds depth when seen with patience. The shadow beneath anchors it, whispering that beauty often lies in the stillness of ordinary things.
Medium: 12B sketch pencil on a sketch pad.
