Welcome to another amazing week my wonderful hive family.I am very happy because this is my first time writing in our Ladies of hive community and it is an amazing opportunity, I really like this week prompt.
Honestly not everyone deserves forgiveness and not everyone is worthy of forgiveness but the fact that forgiveness is necessary is something we can't ignore.
There is this peace that comes with forgiveness, forgiveness gives a particular type of joy and happiness that money can't buy.
Some people really don't deserve forgiveness but most times we need to forgive for our own good because the trouble it brings to the heart is mostly unbearable.
The moment I can't forgive someone or let go of something,I find it difficult not to think about it and it gives me trouble, mostly taking away my happiness and joy. If I am not careful I end up being sick.
I thought to myself why hold a grudge on someone that he or she is probably not even regretful about their actions,why carry pains that are not worth it? I get to realize I am doing myself harm then good.
I don't forgive because he or she is worthy of my forgiveness but I forgive because nothing is worthy of my peace of mind.
