Here's Why Vaccines Are Important.

The usage of vaccination in my opinion, is rather based on exposure, knowledge and beliefs. For as long as human race has been in existence, we continually have been led by our beliefs majorly, then what we know and the extent or depth of what we know. Every community, tribe, culture and even nations have their shared beliefs which is either a limitation or an advantage. Certain beliefs  engineers or motivates certain acts or way of life: for example, the Yoruba people in Nigeria see age as a very important thing, hence you'd need to prostrate (as a guy) or kneel on both knees (as a girl) to greet an older person. This is the exact same way certain people do not like or believe in the use of vaccination while some have no problem in the use of vaccines. Truth be told, the difference is clear, knowledge, exposure and belief. Some have been fed with so many lies and rumors about vaccines, some for the fear of the unknown, they came up with exaggerations, some others would rather not try it at all because they don't know any trusted person who have used it and can testify. https://img.leopedia.io/DQme7G42dUfLiNjgq31eqPaAcRwLfftNdmBPKUNn9TfhqYy/Whisk_3de9f54731 This image was generated by writing a prompt for Whisk AI *What exactly is a vaccine?* A vaccine is a biological preparation with a single aim of preventing an individual from being a victim of a particular illness, making such individual immune to the illness. In other words, vaccines are biological substance containing a weak, dead or inactivated pathogens (disease causing organisms) into the body so that the body can readily fight it by stimulating antibodies to eliminate the pathogen in the vaccine. https://img.leopedia.io/DQmUJWsM1Hs5sWHF9wjr3ohq2uneNiiLER5m78bReEAnd8h/Whisk_9df99b3177 Image was generated by me using Whisk AI *How does this work? * Very simple. Each time the human system finds an unusual substance (antigen) inside the body, it fights it by releasing a substance to eliminate that unwanted (antibody). So, in vaccines, there are certain virus or bacteria of a particular illness e.g minkey pox but either weak, dead or inactive. This bacteria is injected into the body and as expected the body identifies this as an intruder or harm, stimulates antibodies to fight and eliminate it. This is done before prior contact to the illness, but why? This is so the body can recognize this same illness next time but this time around it is familiar with it and can quickly produce antibodies to fight it immediately. Vaccination is given to prevent certain illnesses. Vaccines literally give your body system a heads up about a particular disease you're preventing, so the body can easily fight it when you come in contact with it. Vaccines are important in geological locations where certain disease seems to be prevalent or the people there are susceptible to a particular disease. One best way to prevent the continuous prevailing illness is by giving vaccine to children, their body readily develop antibodies and this also becomes part of their genetics, making them and their future children resistant to such illness. It is so sad that some people do not want vaccines for reason like religious beliefs, shared and trending rumors and fear. Fear that it might be an attempt to wipe out an entire community, a plan to subtly destroy a tribe or group of people.
