A Night To Remember

It's another Beer Saturday, and I'm sharing an experience with one of my favorite beers. I was wrapping up at work when a friend called me to meet him at our usual hangout bar. I ordered my usual brand, Trophy, but they told me it was out of stock. I asked if they had any other beer available, and they offered me Origin Beer, an alcoholic blend of Nigerian natural herbs and fruit. I intended to have only two bottles, but the bittersweet taste was so enjoyable that I kept ordering more.  I didn't feel anything until I was on my sixth bottle, and that's when I realized I'd been irresponsible for hours. I was already intoxicated and checked the alcohol percentage, which was higher than my usual brand. I became so uncomfortable that I needed to rush home. I stood up at first but had to sit down immediately. After a few minutes, I composed myself and left.  When I got home, I tried to hold myself together so my wife wouldn't notice how intoxicated I was. I sat on the couch in the living room, watching TV, hoping my body would calm down, but it didn't. I ended up spending the whole night in the bathroom, taking multiple showers, but nothing seemed to work. The sweetness and gentle soft taste of Origin Beer caught me off guard, and I didn't feel intoxicated until it was too late.  Origin Beer is a Nigerian alcoholic beverage produced by Diageo/Guinness Nigeria PLC, with a 6% ABV and a unique blend of African herbs and fruit. While some people claim it helps counteract hangovers, my experience was the opposite. Nonetheless, it's essential to always drink responsibly. One or two bottles are enough to unwind."
