You can't imagine what a blast I'm having.
But let's start from the beginning. This is a true Hive story.
In the summer of 2020 I was working on a track. My mood was heavy and you can hear that in the music. After some time I got in a better mood and somehow I didn't like the track anymore and decided not to release it. One night I was smoking some nice weed and listened to the track again and booom I liked it again. So I decided to upload it to Soundcloud and, more importantly, to www.atomcollectorrecords.com.
And here is the connection to Hive, because I found @atomcollector here on the blockchain a while back and started to upload my music on his homepage www.atomcollectorrecords.com where you can earn crypto by listening to a lot of different great music.
About 5 weeks later I received a message from @double-eagle asking if I would be interested in contributing this track for a vinyl compilation. What do you think - of course I said yes.
He heard my track on www.atomcollectorrecords.com and liked it. He found more songs from different artists on the site and put the compilation together. I think the composition of the different songs/tracks is excellent - it's a little journey if you listen to them in order.
The funniest thing in my case is that I probably wouldn't have released the track without smoking one and @double-eagle called the compilation "Thru the clouds of smoke". What are the odds - haha.
Sooooo after a lot of work done by @double-eagle I actually hold the vinyl LP in my hands....incredible.
