¡Un saludo todos los usuarios de Hive y a los atletas de la SWC! Espero que se encuentren muy bien, en esta ocasión compartiré con ustedes un par de fotografías que logré capturar durante un evento de crossfit en el cual empezamos a hacer calistenia (sin ánimo de presumir jajajaj) para el deleite del público, espero que les guste.

En esta ocasión asistimos a un box de crossfit, el cual siempre que participa en eventos u organiza alguna actividad asistimos ya que son entretenidas y ademas es divertido ir acompañado de amigos a esta clase competencias, rara vez participamos de alguna forma, solo vamos con ánimo de ver el entorno, apreciar el esfuerzo de los atletas, observar las distintas empresas y stands de promotores ofreciendo distintos servicios y productos, y por último pero no menos importantes, aprovechar las barras pesas y equipos presentes en el lugar para llevar a cabo skills de calistenia y tomar buenas fotos. Son buenos lugares donde hacer amigos, conocer gente y relajarse un poco.

Existe un prejuicio tóxico de rivalidad entre la calistenia y el crossfit, pero la realidad es que la gente de esta comunidad son muy solidarios, respetuosos y amistosos, es muy agradable estar en contacto con una comunidad fitness tan bondadosa como el crossfit.

En esta ocasión tuve la oportunidad de encontrarme con un par de amigos y disfrutar del evento donde realizamos distintas skills y he aquí las mejores fotos que he logrado recopilar al respecto.

Quiero dar un agradecimiento especial a @miqueas-sw y @araxzey , ya que sin el talento de estos atletas este post no habría sido posible.

I hope you are feeling great, this time I will share with you a couple of pictures that I managed to capture during a crossfit event in which we started doing calisthenics (with any intention to flex hahahaha ) to the delight of the audience, I hope you like it.

This time we attended a crossfit box, which always that participates in events or organizes some activity we attend because they are entertaining and it is also fun to go with friends to this kind of competitions, we rarely participate in any way, we only go with the intention of seeing the environment, appreciate the effort of the athletes, observe the various companies and promoters stands offering various services and products, and last but not least, take advantage of the weight bars and equipment present in the place to perform calisthenics skills and take good pictures. They are good places to make friends, meet people and relax a bit.

There is a toxic prejudice of rivalry between calisthenics and crossfit, but the reality is that the people in this community are very supportive, respectful and friendly, it is very nice to be in contact with a fitness community as caring as crossfit.
#
On this occasion I had the opportunity to meet with a couple of friends and enjoy the event where we performed different skills and here are the best photos I have managed to collect about it.
