We parked in an old Ice Rink car park and were presented with the most beautiful street art on the walk into the town centre. It was in the underpass as most good street art is ha ha! It just immediately lifted the mood and atmosphere from walking on the outskirts in. I always think that the street art makes the entrance to a city feel more safe and inviting.

I really enjoyed how interactive this Art was with the general public; it wasn't just to look at. It was clearly designed for human interaction, which I personally haven't experienced much in other street art.

The council have clearly gone to an effort here to help boost tourism via Social Media and reach out to an audience. Needless to say to worked.

Whilst walking around Sterzing it was a place that felt well-maintained and looked after. Even one of the streets had a projector on with Crowns dotted all around the floor. You can see from the painted streets each one was maintained to a high standard. Not one building looked out of place from the High Steet.

I've been to some cities which have felt a lacklustre then Sterzing - Even though its a small town it really felt like it was pulling out all the stops. I will say it deffo had that tourist town feel more than it being full of locals.
