Tonight, we had the pleasure of hosting my husband's parents for dinner and it turned out to be such a fun and delicious evening. We prepared a variety of dishes that everyone enjoyed, grilled corn, cauliflower, fresh salad, sticky-fluffy jasmine rice, and the highlight of the menu is the STAKE cooked to perfection paired with japanese sauce! Just look at that...

It was so nice to catch up with my parent-in-laws since they've veen busy with their Cabin since they bought it.

The best part, however, was seeing their smiling faces as they savored the delicious meal we had prepared. It's moments like these that make me grateful for the opportunity to share good food and company with loved ones. Here's to many more DINNERS filled with FUN and laughter with Family!
