El respeto va mucho más allá de un simple gesto de cortesía o de educación. Es la base sobre la que se construye una sociedad sana y justa. Es un reconocimiento sincero del valor de cada persona, de sus derechos y sus sentimientos. Creo que cada persona, sin importar quién es, su posición social, religión o profesión, merece ser tratado con respeto.
Me gusta tratar con respeto a cada persona, jamás seré una persona maleducada o grosera y todos, absolutamente todos, merecen ser tratados de la misma manera que me gusta que me traten a mí.
Para mí es tan importante la señora que hace la limpieza, como el dueño de la empresa. Su rol puede ser diferente, pero su contribución al funcionamiento de la cadena de trabajo es igualmente importante. Veo personas que solo tratan con respeto a quienes consideran que están por encima de ellos y a los que consideran en posiciones inferiores, ni las miran, como si no existieran y a veces, hasta las tratan de manera despectiva. De la misma manera, el jefe que respeta a su empleado y no le resta valor a su labor. Un "gracias por tu trabajo", es sinónimo de respeto.
