Buenas, buenas amigos de este gran grupo Hiver, espero que todos estén muy bien.
Ayer decidí salir un rato con un compañerito para estirar el cuerpo y despejar la mente con un poco de deporte. Fui a trotar y también a patinar, aunque el sol estaba bastante fuerte y no me dejó disfrutar tanto como quería. La verdad, solo necesitaba liberar un poco el estrés acumulado de tantos días de trabajo y cosas por resolver.
Durante la salida aproveché para enseñarle al niño que iba conmigo a mantener el equilibrio en los patines. Después de practicar un rato, nos fuimos a comer un helado 🍦 y más tarde pasamos a ver un show de bicicletas y motos organizado por una agencia de cuatrimotos.
Me pareció muy chévere que los niños tengan estas actividades nuevas, porque aunque puede ser un poco riesgoso lo que hacen, al menos los mantiene ocupados en algo sano y no en la calle inventando travesuras.
Fue un plan sencillo pero bonito. ¡Espero que tengan todos un gran día! 🌞
English Hello, hello friends of this great Hiver group, I hope you’re all doing very well.
Yesterday, I decided to go out for a while with a little buddy to stretch my body and clear my mind with some sports. I went jogging and also roller skating, although the sun was quite strong and didn’t let me enjoy it as much as I wanted. Honestly, I just needed to release a bit of the stress that had built up after so many days of work and things to take care of.
During the outing, I took the chance to teach the kid who came with me how to keep his balance on the skates. After practicing for a while, we went to grab some ice cream 🍦, and later we stopped to watch a bike and motorcycle show organized by a quad bike agency.
I thought it was really cool that kids have these new activities, because even though what they do can be a little risky, at least it keeps them busy with something healthy instead of being out on the streets getting into trouble.
