La ansiedad no se ve, pero se siente como si el mundo pesara sobre tu pecho. Y sin embargo, aquí estás: respirando una vez más, resistiendo cuando pensabas que no podías más. Eso ya es una forma de esperanza.
No necesitas tenerlo todo bajo control para seguir adelante. A veces, lo valiente es simplemente levantarte, lavarte la cara y seguir… aunque todo dentro grite lo contrario. Porque cada pequeño acto cuenta cuando estás luchando con lo invisible.
Estás aprendiendo a vivir con algo que no pediste, y aun así das pasos. No te juzgues por los días en que no puedes con todo; abrázate en los días en que simplemente sobreviviste. Eso también es un logro.
Un día mirarás atrás y dirás: “No sé cómo lo logré… pero lo logré”. Porque incluso los pensamientos más oscuros se disuelven con un rayo de luz. No estás solo. Y aunque hoy solo resistas… mañana podrás respirar más libre.

Anxiety isn't visible, but it feels like the world is weighing down on your chest. And yet, here you are: breathing once again, holding on when you thought you couldn't go on. That in itself is a form of hope.
You don't need to have everything under control to move forward. Sometimes, the brave thing to do is simply to get up, wash your face, and keep going... even when everything inside you is screaming the opposite. Because every little act counts when you're struggling with the invisible.
You're learning to live with something you didn't ask for, and yet you're still taking steps forward. Don't judge yourself for the days when you can't cope with everything; embrace the days when you simply survived. That's also an achievement.
One day you will look back and say, “I don't know how I did it... but I did it.” Because even the darkest thoughts dissolve with a ray of light. You are not alone. And even if today you are just holding on... tomorrow you will be able to breathe more freely.
