Noble Words : An Artist needs acknowledgment!

My school teachers says, that an artist need appreciation for their work. Acknowledgment and appreciation reinforce an artisan's connection to their work, leading to increased pride in their craftsmanship and fostering the internal motivation to continue honing their skills. But to appreciate we need a mindful person to acknowledge, but sometime the absence of praising words and support demotivated an artisan. To highlight the plight of an art and artist, Sanskrit have following to say ;

अविवेकिन भूपाले नश्यन्ति गुणिनो गुणाः |
हावभाव पुरन्ध्रीणां भर्तृरिव नपुंसके||

Avivekina bhoopale nashyanti guninoi gunaah. Haavabhaava purandhreenaam bhartareeva napumsake.

Avivekin = a person lacking in wisdom and ability to take dedcision, imprudence.
Bhoopale = a King or a Ruler. Nashyanti = disappear, are lost.
Gunino = persons endowed with good qualities.
Gunaah = qualities and virtues. Haaavabhaava = gestures, behaviour. Purandhreenaam = women.
Bhartareeva = Bhartru + iva.
Bhartru = master . Iva = like.
Napumsake = eunuch, an impotent person.

i.e. Under the rule of a king devoid of wisdom and the ability to make right decisions, even the merits of learned and talented people (due to lack of proper protection and participation in governance) go waste. Because the behavior of such rulers is also like that of low class women and eunuchs.

Art, literature, music, and other disciplines flourish only with proper state patronage. If a country's rulers themselves lack culture, the consequences affect the entire population. This sentiment is expressed in this proverb. Throughout history, wealthy families, churches, and rulers have supported artists, making grand artistic and architectural projects possible. Support from a patron validates an artist's vision and encourages them to explore new ideas, experiment with techniques, and push the boundaries of their creativity. But in their absence the art and the aetisbgail to flourish.

Artisans take immense pride in transforming raw materials into refined products, viewing each piece as a "child". Appreciation validates this internal, deeply personal connection to the craft process, which is more valuable than just a financial transaction for them.

Learning is Passion!!
