People are always surrounded with fear. They have fear of everything. The materialistic lifestyle alwsys make them feel.losing someth8ng in life. This is why detachment is is considered to be an easy way of life. Detachment in a psychological or philosophical sense is about releasing one's grip on an outcome, person, or object, not about abandoning love or connection. To explain this philosophy, Sanskrit says ;

Scholars fear debates, and virtuous men fear the wicked. Similarly, the fear of death haunts the human body. Everything in this world is filled with fear, and only the life of a person with detachment is free from fear.
