Hello everyone and welcome back to hive ghana community,my name is @quin.lizzy and today I will be writing about the topic"emotionally grown".
This week was indeed a busy week for me,with exams fast approaching, lecturer has been putting more pressure to cover up there courses,with such the rate of attending lectures this week is indeed high.
When I saw the topic"growth"I then remember the incident in school on thursday,I was in school for practical,our specimen have not arrived so I decided to reply to some of my messages on Whatsapp.My vendor who is a friend of mine,did not deliver the dress I wanted, after she told me she has same colour and design.Her roomate is also my friend and we are really close,she then decided to try it on so that she could send it to me.
But when I say it,the video wasn't clear,so I told her to just put it on the bed and snap it.My friend(roomate)who read another meaning to our chat,felt that I was saying she has body odor.
She sent me a voice note and she was all angry and shouting,I also became annoyed but decided to control myself,I explained things to her and told her I didn't mean it that way,how would she think such when am always with her and the fact that she calls me her friend.
I also apologized,she became calm and also apologized to me.This indeed meant I have grown emotionally or even mentally,cause on a normal scenario before now,I would also pour out my aggression on her, without even trying to understand the situation which was cause by misunderstanding.Me growing up,i choose peace,instead of being right.
Growth,is indeed essential,as human we should try to grow ourselves to become the better version of ourselves.Growth should be something we aim for,we work on and try to achieve.Even if it's just little but it still means we are moving forward.
Growth means increase,it can be physically, financially, socially, spiritually and mentally.I hope we keep doing the little things we do and keep aiming for higher height cause even the littlest things can go a long way to make us better than our past.
