"Starting a day in the city of Lima is a whole mental process. 5:30 a.m., I wake up and prepare a basic coffee, water, and head out with Kora, my furry companion. By 6:15, coffee is ready and I go for a 5k run. When I return, I shower, feed Kora, feed myself, and sometimes I have to go to work; if not, I work from home. On the days I need to go out, it’s total chaos."
