I cant believe it was two weeks while I did not share any stuff to the Hive Collectors community. I only get mailings delivered, unpack, take pictures and- go to the post office to get new mailings. This nice scheme lacks some important and pleasurable points, such as: sorting the new arrivals, put them into my albums, and write a blog about them. The reasons are various, mostly it is lack of sunlight for taking the pictures with a proper lighting, and lack of free time to spend with the stamps. Today is no exception to this pattern (even tho it is Saturday and I dont have to go to the office...) : finally, after whole week full of rain and flood, we have a great and warm sunny weather (exactly that sort that implies Indian summer) - and we decided to go out of the city and spend a day or two in our summer place. Still, I took time to unpack one very promising envelope; it contained results of four different stamps auctions I won, thus, a lot of intresting new stuff.
And since today its also Caturday, my friend Peaches come into the frame... to be precise, he's coming in to check everything I am doing, as he is our Cat Overseer, but this time I bothered to take pictures and did not allow him to inspect the stamps TOO close, as - lol - he momentarily qualified these little shits of paper as highly suitable objects to play with.
See the jagged shadows on the left side of the photo? Those are his long ears sticking out!
The windowsill contains some stuff for the cat to play with: wine corks (highly suitable for rolling fun!), dried fern leaves (when one touches them with a paw, they rustle indescribably attractively!) - all this makes it easy to switch Peach's attention from stamps to other toys, hehe.
Ok, back to the stamps now? Nope!
Ok, I have to go now... and Peaches still does not let me take pics of the stamps. Will speak about the new acquisitions next time... Anyway, happy Caturday!!
