Hello everyone! I am back again after many many days and I missed you all. I hope your days were peaceful and healthy. It’s been a long time since I’ve done any crochet, and honestly, I really missed it. Life just got super busy — exams and life everything in between — and I didn’t have the time or energy to sit down and focus on a project. My yarn and hooks have been packed away for many days or month I don't remember exactly. But things have finally slowed down a bit, and I’m happy to say I’ve picked up crochet again. I just started a new project, and it feels so good to get back and interact with you all.
I don't think it's been that much time but I already feels new here like I am posting for the first time. I am nervous like first time. But its only matter of time. For this project I did the same things like scrolling youtube for hours to find the perfect inspiration until I found this cute bunny. I saw It and decided to make it. I had a large color range but I decided to go with this pink because I bought it months ago and could not use it. So I thought its best to go with this one.
And for the reference it took me 4 days to complete it. Normally it would only take one day but never mind I am lazy these days. I started with the head pretty simple same old process. This yarn us 4ply but I don't know its feels really thick and difficult to handle. My hands were numb. After the hear I decided to take the break but turned out the break ended the next day so I can say the I took the day off after making the head. And the tragedy that happened was i did not watch the whole head pattern and closed the head entirely when it was supposed to be attached to the body. I sew it till the very end. But when I started the body pattern u realized it was linked to the head so I opened the head but it was so difficult to find the yarn because it was hidden somewhere for the safe work.
After opening the head I moved forward with the body part. The belly as you can see is fat so it included the Increases. And at the end I closed the body. And again after a day. I convinced myself to make the remaining parts. So I made the arms and legs. Arms and legs are interesting because you might not notice but it is pullable I can pull leg and arm on both sides. It's like a playing toy. The pattern was making the arm end and then chaining 15. And for the other arm it only needs the bottom part and not chains and at the end the chains are pulled under through the neck and the other part was joined with it. Same goes for the legs. It was new thing to learn because I have never made such arms and legs.
After that I asked my sister to make the ears. She agreed and I was very happy. She did a great job. This teaches me that sisters can be beneficial sometimes. Here are some final pictures of my bunny.
The final look turned out great. Its makes me happy to see it.
I hope you like it.
Take care. ❣️🎀
See you soon.🎀🎀❣️
Bye bye 👋👋
