Do you like noodles? I special like noodles but I scare fat so I do not often eat noodles even though noodles this is my favorite food.
Today I want to introduce a small noodles shop near my room and this is the first time I eat noodle at here.
This noodle shop has China roots so the way they cook noodles or the taste of noodles has China flavor. The shop so simple, one street vendor and put some table and chairs around, when you come you order noodle first and go find one empty table then waiting for your noodles.
Small street vendor but full of spice, noodles, side food, vegetables, broth ... and the right hang the sign of the shop. Hear the name of the shop is bringing bold featured of China. In Vietnam, when you hear some name of shop like Xuân Ký, Dìn Ký, Mì Gia ... almost shop has China roots
Each table will prepare some sauce for who eat bold flavor
After 5 minutes, the owner service the noodle, because a small shop so the owner is also a staff. I order for myself one noodle with curry, you can order what you like, at here had:
- Noodle with curry
- Beef noodle
- Wonton with curry
- Noodle with wonton
- ...
You can mix what you like, not had a detail menu so you can order what you like and the owner will answer that they can do it or not.
Mixed well and enjoy it!
The taste so good, beef so soft and noodles are chewy and soft, the flavor is not too bold, it's suitable for everyone if you like the bold flavor you can add more sauce.
The price suitable too, about 25,000 VND (~1.1$) for each bowl, the price will grow up if you had special order but not too expensive. I rate 9 points for this shop and will come back in the next time even though I'm too fat =))
