-Young coconut
-2 tablespoons of sugar

Here are the steps for making our homemade coconut shake:
To prepare our smoothie, we will first need a coconut that is as tender as possible. I am referring to one coconut because that is the amount I am going to work with. If you want more coconut milk, you will need more of the main ingredient (tender coconut). We will start by taking the coconut and carefully making a hole in the front of the coconut (that is, towards the tip). You must be careful for two reasons: firstly, so that the coconut water, which is very important, does not spill out, and secondly, so that you do not cut yourself.
Once we have made the hole in the coconut, we will continue by taking our blender container and adding all the coconut water to prepare our smoothie, as it is one of the main ingredients.
Next, we will continue with our young coconut. We will cut it in half and begin to remove the coconut pulp, that is, what it naturally contains. We will remove this with the help of a spoon.
Then we will continue adding the young coconut pulp to the blender container, along with the water from the aforementioned fruit. We will let it blend for a few seconds so that it is smooth.
Finally, we will continue adding our two tablespoons of sugar to give it a sweet flavor. I should mention that in order for the cocada to be creamy and well blended, we must have young coconut so that we can blend it well.
That's how I prepared my delicious creamy cocada. From the amount of ingredients I used, I got a glass and a half of cocada. Remember that you need to use young coconut, friends, so that it can be creamy and well blended.
