So, almost 5 weeks ago, our basement flooded.
BAD!
We’ve been displaced at my in-laws, living out of laundry baskets, and navigating the ups and downs of strong personalities.
This past week, our two children started school: our daughter celebrating her very first First day of school.
Our son, entering Pre-K!
Exciting times, for sure, but also SUPER busy and tiresome!
Our dear daddy (and handsome hubby), @grow-pro, has been singlehandedly demoing and remediating our basement. Not to mention, it’s been 100+ degrees (Fahrenheit) with the heat index, and he’s working in a house with no circulating air 😱. Plus, working in a mold-filled environment, he has to suit and mask up every time he goes in there.
Heavy lifting + Heat + Hazmat Protection + No Help =‘s A layer of hell that even Dante couldn’t have illustrated.
If I had a million dollars, I’d give it all to him, for his blood, sweat and tears. Whatever endeavor he takes on, whatever he commits his word to, he gives 110%. That’s simply who he is.
So, until I make my first million, the best way I know how to say THANK YOU a million times over, is to secure it into the Blockchain! So, my dear husband and wonderdul daddy to our babes, Thank You for all that you do! You may not reap the rewards of your efforts now, but I promise you that you will AND when you do, they will be super sweet!
