BAKMIE JOGJA

 Hii asean people, how are you all? I hope you're all well. Last time, me, my friend and my uncle went to eat at one of the traditional foods here. It was bakmi jogja. And Jogja itself is the name of one of the cities in Indonesia. Bakmi itself uses noodles for its main ingredient, but the noodles used here are larger than instant noodles on the market. The location itself is on the edge of the bridge, and the river. And only open in the afternoon until night. Unfortunately, if we don't come early, we will run out. At around 9pm, this bakmi jogja was already gone.  Previously, I knew this place from my uncle who already knew this place first, and this noodle became one of his favorite foods. At first I wondered why this place was always crowded, was it because of its location or was it because of its taste? When I came for the first time before, I didn't think it was my style, because it was too sweet, or because I ordered the fried noodles? Because they didn't provide chili sauce, they only served chili pieces and of course I didn't dare to eat it.   Bakmi jogja itself, served with noodles cooked directly with a stove in front of customers, maybe it can be called live cooking? There is nothing special about the dish, just noodles sauteed with spices, added with boiled chicory, and boiled chicken sliced thinly for topping. Scallions and sliced chili.   However, the third time I went there, and ordered boiled noodles or called nyemek noodles, the taste was different, the noodles this time I ordered tasted good and not sweet. The thick soup mixed with eggs adds a savory taste to the soup. The price is cheap and the rich taste is a favorite among the people here. Including me. But because I'm not too happy with the large size of the noodles, and the location is quite far from my place, so I can't come here often. Maybe I'll go once with my uncle and friends.  ------- -------
